PMS Pharma AF400

PMS AF400 is a servo driven Twin head auger filler designed for powders or granular products, filling volumetrically. The fill weight is determined by the number of auger revolutions, controlled by a PLC via integral shaft encoder or pulse count.

Fitted with 2000 x 152 mm slat conveyor with container guides and pneumatic gating system, gating containers to and from the filling head.  

Optional net weight filling systems and standalone check weighing can also be incorporated in the line for added control and to minimise product giveaway.
