1 off Tecninox 40 litre Preparation Vessel complete with product transfer vessel.

Vial Filling Line

Steriline Rotary Washing machine model RA-V. Output variable depending upon vial size from 350 to 3000 vials per hr.

Steriline Depyrogenation Tunnel, model STO.  Output variable depending upon vial size from 350 to 3000 vials per hr.

Steriline Filling and Stoppering Line with CIP&SIP, model VFM 50. Output variable depending upon vial size from 350 to 3000 vials per hr. The line can accommodate liquid filling with stoppering and overseal or partial stoppering and automatic feed to lyophilizer. Lyophilization volumes varies from 0.5 ml to 65 ml.

Steriline Over capping machine, model VCM 50. Output variable depending upon vial size from 350 to 3000 vials per hr. Change parts for all vial sizes with Flip-off 5115 cap.

Steriline Trayloader, model TL1.  Automatic closing of vials, output variable depending upon vial size from 350 to 3000 vials per hr. 

Steriline Vial Decontamination, model EDM-C.  Cleaning of vial external surfaces after filiing and closing of vials, output variable depending upon vial size from 350 to 3000 vials per hr. 

Lyonomic 5ST Lyophilizer, fitted with 5 shelves +1 shelves for thermobalance, 5.4 m², shelf clearance 135 mm, shelf width 900mm, depth 1200mm, thickness 22mm.

Zirbus Autoclave, model HST 6x6x12, Chamber dimensions: 650 x 650 x 1250 mm.
