Syringe Filling & Assembly

Groninger Filling & Stoppering Line for Pre-Filled Syringes with CIP & SIP. The Filling and stopper inserting machine under Isolator.

Filling process

Filling of syringes with product at the filling station

Stopper inserting at the stopper inserting station

An integrated IPC (in process control) is used for tare / gross weighing of the syringes

Check station for stopper position

Filled syringes are transported to the machine discharge

Groninger model SMKEB 3000, Plunger rod inserting, Backstop assembly and Labelling

Famar Blister Packer, model RF fitted with automatic Pick & Place Syringe feeder.
